The maintenance methods for LED full-color displays are mainly divided into pre maintenance and post maintenance. What is the difference between these two maintenance methods?
Pre maintenance: The major feature of pre maintenance is space saving. For indoor or embedded or wall mounted structures, space is extremely precious, so there will not be too much space left as a repair channel. So pre maintenance can greatly reduce the overall thickness of the LED full-color display structure, which can integrate well with the surrounding building environment and save space while ensuring the effect. However, this structure has high requirements for the device's heat dissipation function.
Post maintenance: The major advantage of post maintenance is that it is slightly cheaper and suitable for installation scenarios such as rooftop and column installations. It is easy and quick to inspect and maintain. For large LED full-color display screens installed on the exterior walls of buildings, maintenance channels must be designed so that maintenance personnel can carry out maintenance and repairs from the back of the screen.
The front maintenance of LED full-color display screens has revolutionized the maintenance method. Compared to traditional box back maintenance, front maintenance based on unit modules is more convenient. Using a hex wrench, insert and rotate the invisible maintenance hole from the front, and the lock on the back of the module will open accordingly. The module can be easily disassembled and maintained within a few seconds. Maintaining LED full-color displays is not only easy to maintain, but also much lighter and thinner compared to traditional LED full-color displays. The LED full-color display screen does not require a dedicated maintenance channel behind it, making it particularly suitable for installation environments with limited space or wall mounted LED full-color displays. As there is no need for maintenance channels, the space requirements can be reduced.
